OCEAN TECHNOLOGIES Gooseneck Valve

The connections measure 17 mm in diameter, not 19 mm. A 3/4 inch hose would not really be suitable. At this price one could also expect a better processing of the injection molding technology, unfortunately there are casting streaks to be seen and the wall also has different thicknesses; at least thick enough. I still have a small pump in reserve that fits on it because of the smaller hose connection size, otherwise I would have exchanged it. After all, this is a gooseneck that is compact in size, but that's the only advantage over the competitor's product. Hope the manufacturer fixes it.

The 19 mm gooseneck valve is no larger than a cigarette pack.
The 19 mm hose connections are actually 18 mm.
But what is significantly worse, the inner diameter is only 11.5 mm.
However, 34 inch connections (19 mm) have an internal passage of 14.5 or 15 mm.
Because of the constriction, my toilet will be able to suck in less water.
So the gooseneck valve is useless for this purpose.
Also, the instructions provided online are not for this product and are misleading. (not by Jabsco).
I now have to order another valve with the correct water passage.

After about 5 years, the thread for the screw connection of the ventilation valve broke. There is no spare part. I had to buy a completely new valve and was lucky that the fitting fitted because the manufacturer had changed or renamed it. I expect spare parts management. I now throw away 95% of the product. environmental protection, costs......
