Wir hängen ein solches Ölsaugtuch immer senkrecht in die Bilge. Wenn dann mal ein Tropfen Öl oder Diesel in der Bilge landet, wird er von dem Tuch direkt "abgesammelt" und hält so die Bilge schön sauber. Das funktioniert sogar, wenn mal Wasser in die Bilge kommt, da das Tuch kein Wasser aufnimmt, sondern das Wasser schön suber hält.

Does what it's supposed to - binds oil in the bilge
Should there be oil in the bilge, for example, simply put in one of the cloths and it soaks up the oil film. Also works with diesel and probably with gasoline. Very convenient. Should be on board.

Works well.
Had a slightly larger diesel leak in the ship. I'm surprised how much diesel was consumed. Part is not cheap but very good. Just how the reuse should work? Just disposed of it.
