The product is okay, but the delivery is far too expensive.

If you always send out what feels like a 1000-page catalog, it's no wonder the shipping costs are €7. Besides, it wasn't even requested. I can find what I need in the online shop. No trees need to be cut down for that. I hope they reconsider their strategy soon.
