Good finish, but a serious quality control issue with a safety-critical part
I ordered Blue Wave wire guardrail terminals for my boats lifeline wires. The machining and general finish of the terminals seem good overall, but one of the supplied fittings came with the wrong or incorrect conewedge.

The problem is that the cone is a critical part of how the terminal works. If the cone does not match the wire size and the terminal design, the fitting cannot be installed safely. Three of the terminals assembled normally, but with the fourth one the difference was clearly visible. This caused unnecessary troubleshooting and stopped the installation work.

The manufacturers first reply suggested that I might have the wrong cone, even though the photo I sent clearly showed the marking C05-1x19, which is exactly the cone that should be used with this fitting. Based on this, the issue does not seem to be user error, but rather a delivery or quality control problem.

The product itself seems good when all parts are correct, but this kind of mistake in a safety-related component does not inspire confidence. With wire guardrail terminals, every part must be correct, because the lifelines are directly related to safety on board.
