Control Panel with Chain Counter

With its elegant and compact design, the control panel gives you full command over your anchor manoeuvres at all times. Equipped with a chain counter and a range of enhanced features, it represents the latest in technology.

The panel operates on a supply voltage of 10–32 V DC and features compact dimensions of 105 × 105 × 35 mm. It includes a 3.45-inch TFT display with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels and adjustable white backlighting. The front panel is made from high-strength, scratch-resistant glass, ensuring durability in demanding conditions.

Operation is via capacitive touch buttons with blue backlighting. These allow direct control of the chain’s ascent and descent from the panel. The display offers two selectable colour schemes, with either a white or black background. An integrated buzzer provides acoustic feedback for alarms and button inputs, while the user interface and display are available in five languages.

Additional features include an upward alarm function and an automatic lowering function. An automatic key lock prevents unintentional inputs. The device supports both windlass mode and capstan mode. Chain speed and current supply voltage are displayed in real time, and units can be set to metres or feet. For communication, the panel is equipped with an RS485 interface using the MODBUS RTU protocol.

Note: If your windlass does not have a chain counter, a compatible sensor kit (item number 17404) is required.
