The sensor is easily broken and cannot be ordered individually or from the manufacturer. You always have to order a complete kit, which makes it unnecessary to order a few sensors in reserve. Pity!

Very good, fast and competent service

I bought a chain counter from SVB five years ago and now, after a modification, I needed a new sensor. That worked out great. The MZ-Electronic technology is very robust and easy to retrofit.

At SVB, professional competence no longer appears to be a characteristic of good service, as was the case some time ago. When asked about a spare part, the general message is that I cannot do a remote diagnosis - although that was not the question. The connection to a specialist resulted in the same answer with the addition that you have to send in (when traveling by ship, mostly at anchor) and then with the comment that they had all done something different beforehand. I now buy larger and expensive new acquisitions from other providers -
