The Harken Black Magic Block Loop is a compact and powerful high-load block for demanding sailing applications. The high-quality roller bearings ensure particularly smooth running and efficient power transmission even under high loads.
Thanks to the robust aluminium construction and the practical loop fastening, the block can be mounted flexibly and weight-optimised. Ideal for sheets, halyards and other heavily loaded trim lines on dinghies, sports boats and yachts.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Blocks:

Rinse blocks regularly and thoroughly with warm fresh water to remove salt and dirt (carefully assist with a soft brush if necessary).
For heavier soiling: Soak the block in warm fresh water with a little dish soap and move the rollers (do not use harsh cleaners).
Avoid pressure washers, as water and dirt can be forced into the bearing.
Allow to dry thoroughly afterwards to prevent corrosion.
Lubricate only when necessary and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Note: Many modern bearings are maintenance-free or self-lubricating – improper lubrication can impair their function.
Disassemble only if explicitly instructed by the manufacturer, as not all blocks are designed for maintenance or disassembly.
