NOTE: Please note that pawls and springs should not be greased as the sticky properties of the grease may cause malfunction.

Discriminatory treatment

I needed a Quick windlass remote control, but since its price is less than €100 and VDS does not accept purchases under €100 for residents of the Canary Islands, I was forced to buy this grease tube, which I didn't need, to bring the total to over €100. I should mention that I paid for shipping separately. I find this treatment unfair and discriminatory. One would expect a major company like SVB to follow fair policies.
