The ideal primer for iron, steel, zinc and aluminium, as well as for priming surfaces that have been pre-treated with BOB rust sealant. It has an impressive anti-corrosive effect and excellent adhesion. Can be painted over with all commercially available paints, including 2-component paints.

- Drying (at 20 °C, 50% relative humidity)
- presto BOB rust sealant can be painted over with the presto BOB primer after at least 8 hours and at the latest 24 hours. The presto BOB primer can be finished with most commercially available paints after about 30 minutes.
Drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity and the thickness of the applied layer.

- Yield (with double coat)
- Depending on the condition and colour of the substrate, 100 ml is sufficient for approx. 1.0 m²
- Shelf life/storage
- 36 months when stored properly (=10°-25°C, relative humidity of max. 60%) in the closed original container. Store frost-free!
Processing
- Stir well before processing.
- Clean and degrease untreated steel surfaces and paint with BOB primer, preferably in 2 coats.
- The substrate treated with BOB rust sealant can be painted with BOB primer after just 8 hours, or at the latest after 24 hours.
- Can be painted with most commercially available topcoats after approx. 2 hours.
- Clean tools immediately with nitro or universal thinner.
