The DURO SOLAS automatic life jacket has dual certification in accordance with the latest SOLAS regulations Standard 2010 (MED steering wheel) and ISO EN 12402-2. The life jacket is equipped with a double-chamber buoyancy chamber with 275 N buoyancy, which is activated by two UML MK5 automatic release devices.
The DURO SOLAS life jacket was specially developed for industrial applications where SOLAS-approved life jackets are mandatory.
A practical front closure allows for quick and easy donning. In addition, the jacket has practical, easily adjustable straps and an ergonomic design for optimum freedom of movement and a high level of comfort.
To minimise potential hazards, the lifejacket has a crotch strap with concealed buckles to reduce the risk of snagging. It also has various attachment options, including for personal emergency radios such as PLB or VHF, as well as an optional sprayhood or chest pocket.
The Deckvest DURO SOLAS also allows the attachment of a safety line and has a clear pocket for storing ID cards. With its UML MK 5 automatic release system, the Deckvest DURO offers a reliable safety solution for industrial environments and workplaces near water.
On request, we can professionally install a marine distress beacon in the life jacket. Simply click on "Add distress beacon" and select your desired marine transmitter.
