The MODULO HX life jacket is approved according to the latest SOLAS regulations standard 2010 (MED steering wheel). The jacket is equipped with a double chamber buoyancy body with 310 N of buoyancy, which is activated by an automatic release mechanism of the type UML MK5 or by a manual trigger of the type UML MICROMANUAL.
The jacket also features the three-dimensional X3D system, made from PA 420 PU-coated fabric with electronically controlled high-frequency welded seams, ensuring rapid and immediate body rotation.
The soft fleece-lined collar and the integrated hip belt—routed through a high-strength outer cover—ensure optimal comfort and stability during onboard maneuvers. The jacket is equipped with an ISO 12401–certified safety harness for lifeline attachment, double leg straps, and includes a Buddy-Line as standard.
In addition to automatic inflation upon water immersion, the jacket can also be activated manually by pulling the activation cord. An oral inflation tube is included for backup inflation if required.
Note: In accordance with the LSA Code and SOLAS regulations, life jackets must be equipped with SOLAS signal lights. A SOLAS life jacket light is integrated into the jacket.
On request, we can professionally install a marine distress beacon in the life jacket. Simply click on "Add distress beacon" and select your desired marine transmitter.
