Product details

Deck organiser for ropes up to 12 mm. Seawater-resistant aluminium, black anodised, aluminium wheel with ball bearing system, stainless steel bolts. Robust design.

Wheel dimensions: 40 x 16 mm. Assembly screws not included. Hole spacing 50 mm for flat head screws with 6 mm diameter.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Blocks:

Rinse blocks regularly and thoroughly with warm fresh water to remove salt and dirt (carefully assist with a soft brush if necessary).
For heavier soiling: Soak the block in warm fresh water with a little dish soap and move the rollers (do not use harsh cleaners).
Avoid pressure washers, as water and dirt can be forced into the bearing.
Allow to dry thoroughly afterwards to prevent corrosion.
Lubricate only when necessary and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Note: Many modern bearings are maintenance-free or self-lubricating – improper lubrication can impair their function.
Disassemble only if explicitly instructed by the manufacturer, as not all blocks are designed for maintenance or disassembly.
