Product details

Quickly rescue a person overboard with this horseshoe buoy from PLASTIMO. It comes in a white, UV-resistant fabric cover with clips for attachment to the pulpit. The lifebuoy is attached to a reel with 40 metres of retrieval line, which unwinds quickly and without tangling when the lifebuoy is thrown. The lifebuoy itself has a buoyancy force of 147 N. The retrieval line is tear-resistant up to 400 kg. The lifebuoy also has a rescue light.

Installation note:
The retrieval line reel is secured with a yellow line that goes through the reel and is then fed out through a hole in the cover. This yellow rope should be attached to the nearest railing or similar for added security.
