Product details
Reliable rust protection and rust converter based on polymer and epoxy resin, anti.corrosive, air-drying and heat resistant to 160 °C. Lead and zinc chromate free. Can be painted with all paints and aerosol spray cans. Also suitable for two-component varnish and putties. Good resistance to solvents. Yield is 100 ml for approx. 2 m², depending on the condition of the surface. Contents: 250 ml.
Rust Converter: Organic, aqueous rust converter-emulsion, which stops the corrosion process and neutralises. Following the reaction time, a perfect bonding course can be worked with filling or varnished. Rusted surfaces are discoloured black after application.

Can I use the interprotect two component epoxy primer directly after this dries or turns black?

Dear Miha, the supplier have only tested their products on their products, so in this case you must try them out at your own responsibility and risk. According to them, however, it should be possible as it can be painted over with all air-drying paints and paint aerosols.
