The ROCNA anchor is a true multi-purpose anchor which performs well in most marine environments - from soft mud to hard sand, clay, grass or seaweed. The anchor has no moving parts and is hand-crafted out of high-quality steel.

In order to select the correct anchor size for your vessel, figure out the size and weight of your yacht. If the anchor size is still unclear, select an anchor which is one size larger. Please also consider the area where you will be anchoring. For multi-hull vessels, always select an anchor which is one size larger.

Super Upgrade
I simply replaced it with a Danfort. It looks a bit odd, the way it sticks out of the anchor tube, but the secure hold is worth it to me. I do have to turn it over and climb into the jib net every time, but I had to do that with my Danfort every third time anyway.

What weight rochna anchor should be used for a beneteau 57 sloop please.

Hi Edna, when selecting my anchor I also looked at the sizing guide on the Rocna website, which shows a more full range than you can see in the table in SVB. http://www.rocna.com/product-range/sizing-guide . There you can see that you probably need a Rocna 40 for your Beneteau (approx 18m and 22 t).
