Good - but false triggering when in an inclined position I bought it to replace an old same type that no longer wanted after 7 years. So I knew the problem with an inclined position (with me starboard bug) it sometimes triggers because the float switch is then stupid. May only be like that with me, because the bilge (class yacht) is very narrow. So you have to switch it off when you are sailing and don't forget to switch it on again later -) Otherwise it works very reliably, pumps well with an extra check valve and is also less susceptible due to the built-in float switch

gerne hätte ich für diese kompakte Pumpe volle Punktezahl vergeben. Nach dem Einbau der Pumpe habe ich festgestellt, dass der Abschaltpunkt des Schwimmers unterhalb der Ansaughöhe eingestellt ist und somit die Pumpe nicht abschaltet. Diese Funktion habe ich erst erreicht, nachdem ich ein angepasstes Zusatzgewicht am Schwimmerteil befestigte. Da der Schwimmerschalter dadurch tiefer steht wird ein richtiges Abschalten der Pumpe erreicht.

Es ist empfehlenswert, die Pumpe in regelmäßigen Abständen aus dem Filterkorb heraus zu snappen und dann den Bereich des Schwimmerschalters von möglichen Ablagerungen zu befreien.
