Rigid hull inflatable boats in the PRO TENDER series from SEATEC make not only perfect tenders, they are also ideal as dinghies, for excursions and fishing trips. The GRP rigid hull dinghies offer the best sailing experience due to their V-shaped underwater hull combining high comfort and good handling. These RIBs are easy to be used as a top class tender thanks to standard eyelets, which are also ideal for davit transport. Notes on the material: Our Seatec RIBs are made of a special 5-layer PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The base is made of a synthetic fibre fabric reinforcement (polyester). The fabric has 1100 decitex and is therefore particularly strong. It is covered on the inside and outside with an adhesive layer which serves as a carrier for a double-sided PVC coating. This keeps the inflatable boat light and robust. The PVC used is specially developed for the production of inflatable boats and has been tried and tested for years. The thickness of the material is approx. 0.7 mm, the boat skin weighs approx. 850 g/m². Material comes from Germany. Maximum tensile strength is 2500 N / 5cm.
Note on motorisation: The dinghy can be used with either a 15 hp tiller outboard or a 25 hp outboard with remote control.
