Very high quality A safe, very high quality thing. If you have to get on the mast in the middle of the Atlantic and let yourself be rocked through, you can easily secure yourself and work. Holds like concrete, very trustworthy. Would never go blue water again without it. Thanks Bobby Schenk for the great tips. Oh yes, I also have three of the plastic folding things mounted at the level of the main boom, because it doesn't work there with the Selden, but nowhere else. It's really annoying when they get stuck, even when it's quiet and even, it's not possible to secure it. And aluminum has a reassuringly longer service life.
