Dusty fire packaging dented occasion

I never had any complaints about my svb orders. This time the piece looks more like a used piece. I am thinking of customer feedback (the customer must have tried to mount it in a very dusty environment). For me it was not resale in new but in occasion. I would not have taken the product if it was in store.

Bayonet closure doesn't work

Upon receipt, I could not close the bayonet between glass and ground. O-ring is too hard and can not be deformed. As a result, the Bayonettverschluss can not lock. I use the tricolor light with the top anchor light series 34. Now the anchor light failed. I dismantled it and put 12V directly on the lamp. The anchor LED light flash 4 times and is then permanently out. What can be the reason, if the cable length is 10cm? If this is an error inside the LED, can I get only the anchor light part as an spare part?

I have exactly the same problem. The tricolor light works perfectly, but the anchor light flashes 4 times and then goes dark. I assume the diodes are faulty. My question is this: My Aqua Signal is a 2017 model. If I buy this one, will it fit in the base? Have dimensions changed in the last 7 years? Can I just unclip the old one and clip the new one in the same base on top of the mast?
