Product details

The SCQ50 is a measuring shunt module with 4x inputs with which you can extend your SIMARINE Pico system. The SCQ50 is particularly convenient for monitoring small consumers such as a refrigerator, or power generators such as solar panels or wind power on a maximum continuous current of 50 A in a 12 or 24 volt battery system. The current channels can be combined for higher amperage, meaning continuous currents on the combined channels up to 50A (60 A peak).
Thanks to its innovative protected architecture, the shunt can be wired in either the battery negative or positive side.

Note
Some SCQ50s were provided by the manufacturer with an incorrect type label, which indicates a maximum current of 25 A per channel regarding the connection terminals. This is incorrect. The continuous current is of course 50 A per channel. When 2 channels are connected in parallel, the SCQ50's limit of 100 A continuous current is reached.
