SPRENGER MICRO XS Upright Wire Block / 4 mm / plain bearing

This upright block made by Hermann Sprenger is equipped with a brass sheave, suitable for 4 mm wire. Dimensions (LxWxH): 17x28x34 mm. Breaking load: 100 kg.

• Rinse blocks regularly and thoroughly with warm fresh water to remove salt and dirt (carefully assist with a soft brush if necessary).
• For heavier soiling: Soak the block in warm fresh water with a little dish soap and move the rollers (do not use harsh cleaners).
• Avoid pressure washers, as water and dirt can be forced into the bearing.
• Allow to dry thoroughly afterwards to prevent corrosion.
• Lubricate only when necessary and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Note: Many modern bearings are maintenance-free or self-lubricating – improper lubrication can impair their function.
• Disassemble only if explicitly instructed by the manufacturer, as not all blocks are designed for maintenance or disassembly.
