There is hardly anything better on the market

At the end piece an oblique saw-off of the pipe is necessary, not with the middle piece, which the pipe goes through yes. Tube does not fit sucking, there is about 1mm game. But this is not bad at all, so you can add enough adhesive (eg polyurethane or silicone) to the end piece.

Not 100%: There are identical fittings that have a small grub screw to fix the handrail rod in the fitting. This would also be useful in this fitting, since the 22mm tube wobbles in the assembled fitting and therefore must be glued.
