Product details

Epoxy Aluminium Putty Stick is perfect for permanent or emergency repairs on aluminium parts, such as aluminium boats, outboards, fuel and water tanks. Particularly easy to use: Just hand knead for one minute and apply to the damaged area.

After application, the material cures quickly – it sets in 5-10 minutes and becomes steel hard in 30 minutes. After 60 minutes, it is fully cured and can easily be sanded, drilled, or worked on. Special additives penetrate oxidation and anodisation to ensure optimal adhesion on weathered aluminium.

Epoxy putty is resistant to high temperatures and pressures, making it excellent for repairs on exhausts, silencers, and drive units. It works even underwater, which makes it an essential tool for boaters during emergency and permanent repairs.
