The Suzuki DF15 outboard motor is all about ergonomics and ease of use, which is why it has been designed to have a sleek, clean look without bulky parts, in which lines or clothing could become trapped. The tiller and switch are centrally located, the emergency stop button is mounted on the handle itself and the start switch and LED displays are located on the tiller-trestle. Decompression facilitates manual starts.

Engine vibrations are minimised thanks to thick anti-vibration blocks. Other features, such as rev limiter and delayed ignition timing, which keeps the engine running smoothly if you decelerate too quickly, come as standard.

"LEAN BURN"
This system predicts fuel needs according to operating conditions, allowing the engine to run on a more efficient fuel mixture through the use of a lean air-fuel ratio. The benefits are felt over a wide operating range, as the system provides significant improvements in fuel economy from low speed operation into the cruising range. Combined with Suzuki's Precision Control electronic throttle and shift system, it enables precise control of fuel and airflow for further improvements in fuel efficiency over a wider operating range. This combination also delivers smoother and more precise throttle and shift operation.

replacement of my 2006 SUZUKI DF5

A portable portable enthusiast for decades, this new electronic version is installed on a 420 pneumatic tire weighing around 80 kg with an aluminum floor. The whole must approach 150 kg because the weight of the engine is unchanged.

Great quality. Extremely light starter rope pull that especially my wife is enthusiastic about who can finally start. What is not in the description is that this engine is the only one in the class with electronic injection WITHOUT the need for a battery! Enough power to get 4 people to glide straight away with our 310 RIB dinghy. Attention, a lot of immediately available power for just one person. Unfortunately I couldn't buy it from SVB due to scheduling reasons and had to pay significantly more.
