The Veratron LinkUp products convert analogue vessel and engine information into digital NMEA2000 data. This data can be displayed directly on an NMEA2000 compatible device. Configuration is quick and easy via smartphone. An LED indicates the status of the unit and that it is being configured. Power supply via NMEA2000. Approved for installation in the engine compartment according to ISO 8846:1990.
The intelligent IBS battery sensor informs you about current battery status and helps you plan your power supply and extend the life of your battery. Real-time readings prevent overcharging or overheating of the battery. You also get up-to-date data on battery voltage, battery current, state of charge (SOC), battery temperature, state of health (SOH) and information on remaining battery life based on the system's current power consumption.
Installation
Attach the sensor directly to the negative pole of the battery via its pole terminal. Alongside the terminal, the mechanical portion of the battery sensor consists of the shunt and grounding bolt. The other cable is fitted with a fuse and is connected to the positive pole.
Configuration
Configuration is quick and easy via smartphone using NFC data transfer. Start the app and configure your settings via the user-friendly interface. Then simply hold your mobile device near the LinkUp to transmit your configuration. Thanks to the passive RF tag you can configure the device without power!
