For exhaust outlet, what is the good and bad with check valve?

Hi Marco I bought Vetus exhaust outlet last seeson. Valve bend exhaust coolingwater down and it seems to block waves get to exhaust. It is simple and works nothing bad to say. But ofcourse you will need the swanneck after outlet. Juha
