Product details

VITRIFRIGO's thermostat-controlled cooling unit consists of an air-cooled Danfoss compressor and a boxed evaporator that can be installed in the refrigerator or in a freezer box. This system includes the BD35F compressor, together with S3 boxed evaporator. This type of evaporator takes up more space, but offers the possibility of being used as a freezer compartment.

The evaporator can be installed in any position and is equipped with 1.8 m long pipes with quick connect couplings. These couplings allow the evaporator and unit to be separated during installation and when replacing parts without losing the refrigerant.

The included thermostat has a temperature range of +15 to -15 °C. The following settings can be made on the thermostat:

Minimum: switch on +15.5 °C / switch off: +6 °C
Maximum: switch on: -6 °C / switch off -15.5 °C
Cable length: 2 m

Hi. Could you please clarify what does "no freezing" mean? What's the normal operational temperature range? Would it not freeze even within the evaporator? Finally which thermostat would make it able to freeze? Thanks in advance
