We use this pump as a sewage pump for our on-board toilets. Every two to three years, these must be freed from a thick layer of urine scale and salt. This procedure requires a sharp screwdriver and a lot of vinegar essence! Alternatively, you can buy a new pump.

The Lavac toilet with the Henderson Mk5 is absolutely problem free. The pump now has a seal damage after 18 years, which unfortunately I could no longer repair. The only flaw is the plastic thread between the two housings, this could be remedied by metal bushings with a thread or you can create enough space for a lock nut. Otherwise top delivery service pump was on the doorstep the next day
