Poor shipping service
First Order placed with SVB and to ensure no delays I asked to be shipped within Europe (Germany to Portugal)
Shipping took 19 days to be delivered to my address in Portugal, (expect to receive it only in approx. 12 weeks from now,)
reason I asked to ship it to Portugal is that I could hand carry it to Angola for the repair on my boat and this was expressed via order and also via email and even phone calls and the only answer was we will ensure it is done and expedited
