Product details

Cooling water/exhaust gas separator kit for your PICCOLO Marine Generator. The water/exhaust separator is part of a “wet exhaust system” in a marine diesel generator. The system separates water from the exhaust gases, releasing it below the waterline, while the gases are released above the waterline. This prevents splashing or gurgling noises. The separator also acts as a silencer which reduces exhaust noises even more. In addition, the water/gas separator functions as a gooseneck and should be installed 60 cm above the waterline.

1x WP-WGS water/gas separator
8x stainless steel hose clamps, 32-50 mm
2x 2.5m marine exhaust hoses 40 mm
1x hose nozzle, external thread: 1 1/4 "x 40 mm
1x FF ball valve / 1 1/4"
1x brass through hull fiting 1 1/4" x 70 mm
