Innovative design for maximum efficiency
The chine version of the ZIPWAKE control system is characterised by its special interceptors, which are installed on the outermost edge of the boat hull, the so-called ‘chine’. This positioning enables the water flow to be effectively influenced, resulting in improved stability and reduced resistance. Compared to conventional trim systems, the interceptors offer faster and more precise adjustment of the boat's trim, which is particularly beneficial in changing sea conditions.

Complete set for easy installation
The ZIPWAKE kit boxes contain all the components required to install the dynamic trim control system. In addition to the interceptors, this also includes an intuitive control element that enables the boat operator to control the boat easily. The systems are designed for boats with a length of up to 15 metres (50 feet) and speeds of up to 60 knots. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be expanded with additional interceptors if required to achieve even finer tuning.

Automatic trim control for a smoother ride
The centrepiece of the ZIPWAKE control system is the automatic adjustment of trim in real time. Sensors continuously record data on the inclination and movement of the boat and adjust the interceptors accordingly to ensure an optimum position in the water. This not only leads to a smoother ride, but also to a reduction in fuel consumption and environmental impact.

Tough construction and maritime operation
The components of the ZIPWAKE system are made of high-quality materials and designed for use in demanding maritime conditions. They are waterproof to IP68 and resistant to corrosion, which ensures a long service life and reliable operation. The compact design also enables unobtrusive integration into the design of the boat without compromising its aesthetics.

Technical Specifications
The ZIPWAKE Chine kit boxes are available in various sizes to meet different boat requirements. For example, the KB300-S CHINE offers an interceptor length of 300 mm, while the KB450-S CHINE is equipped with a length of 450 mm. Both models are designed for operation with 12-32 V DC and have a maximum power consumption of 25 W. The operating temperature ranges from 0° to 40°C, which allows it to be used in different climate zones.
