A Bi-Loup works!...and rather well! Hello, We all know the saying that every sailing program has its ideal boat, and it's so true. For the past three years, we've never regretted our choice of the Bi-Loup 89. Before that, we had a Biloup 77. Ideal for beaching on our Charente coast, we've also been able to do so, quite comfortably, on various islands in the Glénan archipelago, enjoying this wonderful place. Our sailing friends, often resistant to twin-keel boats in general, are pleasantly surprised to see us sail upwind rather well, compared to many keelboats. Obviously, we're not competing with a Gibsea of the same caliber, but we hold our own against many other competitors. However, it's true that below 5 knots, we struggle, which is also true for quite a few cruising boats. Where we far surpass the competition is in comfort! A well-designed square, unbeatable headroom, a panoramic view that only the RM rivals (but it's not the same budget!), never excessive heeling, in short, a safe, comfortable, and rather seaworthy boat, what more could you ask for?
