Willing 31 The Willing is a very solid boat. I suspect that most of them have been improved, modified, or altered by their owners due to their age. You have to inspect each one individually. The berth layout is striking. There are two quarter berths, two pilot berths, and the V-berth in the bow. This is advantageous for crews who don't know each other well, for example, on training trips, as you don't have to sleep next to a stranger in the same bed.
