The SWL of the 20mm ANTAL round thimble with a 6mm dyneema loop is 1600kg per the Antal.it website. These are not suitable for 4x4 winching if you are using wire cable. If you are using dyneema rope instead of cable they may be OK but the SWL is too low I would think. I would think you should go for a snatch block design with a SWL the same or higher than you winch cable andsuitable fro wire cable if that is what you are using on your winch.

The smallest Antal roud thimble currently listed above is 10mm (for 7mm rope). I looked at the Antal.it website and they also make a 7mm round thimble for 5mm rope - is there a way I can buy this smaller sized round thimble through SVB?
