The zinc anodes with a diameter of 12.7 cm as a pair are simply unbeatable for the price. \ R \ nOnly the bolt, about 4 cm long, I thought, is to hold the pair together. I got a 12mm V4A bolt to screw it on.

Product details

Anodes protect all below the waterline (hull) contained metal parts from corrosion. It is a piece of a more electrochemically "active" metal that needs to be attached to the part to be protected.
Usually, anodes have to be replaced once per season, even more frequently in aggressive waters.
For boats which mainly sail in fresh water, we recommend aluminum anodes.

These zinc anodes in round shape are in double piece for mounting on each side of rudder blades and trim tabs. Available in different sizes.

Die Schrauben dieser Anode sind viel zu lang. Zudem sollte man bei diesem Preis auch Unterlegscheiben und selbstsichernde Muttern erwarten. Wie soll denn eine normale Mutter unter Wasser ein Jahr lang halten?
