In order to select the correct anchor size for your vessel, figure out the size and weight of your yacht. If the anchor size is still unclear, select an anchor which is one size larger. Please also consider the area where you will be anchoring. For multi-hull vessels, always select an anchor which is one size larger.

The ROCNA 10 anchor is welded together from six main parts and two reinforcements (on the bracket) and makes an extremely solid and high-quality impression. I bought it because of the good reviews of the tests on the net. I was surprised by the 10 kg output and by the width of the sparks and the height of the shaft. It will be more of a strong wind anchor on my 27 foot yacht, because it is too wide and too massive for me to hold it in the bow roller. If you have an anchor box, it must be deep so that the anchor and chain can be stowed safely and well. My ROCNA will probably disappear in the aft peep as a secret weapon in strong winds and as a life insurance policy. Nevertheless, it is an anchor that makes an extremely trustworthy impression.

Unhappy about high dispatch costs
Had to pay euro 29.95 for dispatching the anchor because of "unhandy" shape and DHL could not do it. Only packages less than 120 cm and weighting less than 31 kg can be shipped with DHL for euro 8.95. The anchor arrived well packed in a carton box. Total weight 26 kg, largest length 91 cm. Disappointed
Huge disappointment the anchor had frankly held on sand (36kt 1.40m swell)
But if there is a bit of grass, it's an absolute disaster!! Even with 12mm chain and an oversized anchor for the boat, the anchor fell off and really put us in danger.

I bought a ROCNA 20 (70826) for our sailing boat. Now, I need to fit the correct bow roller. What are the recommended bow rollers? Adding the distances from the anchor outlined here, i.e. B 373 mm and C 244 mm = 617 mm, I expect that the bow roller has to have a minimum distance of 62 cm from the aft end to the bow end of the roller.

The bow roller must be far enough away from the bow so that the tip of the anchor does not touch the hull
