Not only is the product exactly as described and of good quality, the order and delivery process was exceptionally fast, correct and happened with quintessential german efficiency !
Being Swiss, living in the U.S., where customer service is no longer even remotely comparable to what we are used to in Switzerland and Germany, this was a very nice reprieve from the shoddy treatment one receives her in the Land of the Free and Independent, God's own Country. And given how Mr. Trump is running the White House, I am not too optimistic he will make America Great Again... very unlikely so.
