Product details

Add fillers to thicken the expoxy to the desired consistency for a specific job. Unmodified resin / hardener has the consistency of syrup and runs off vertical surfaces (suitable for coating and wettting out porous surfaces). By adding filler, a "thicker" consistency can be achieved (suitable for filling cavities, fillets, making large, uneven bondings and for use as a filler). Filleting Blend 405 is a strong, wood-coloured epoxy filler. Perfect for making epoxy joints and fillets on natural wood.

Quantity estimate (approximate percentage by weight of filler required to be added to the mixed epoxy resin):

Slightly thickened (ketchup): 3
Medium thickened (mayonnaise) 5%
Maximum thickened (peanut butter): 8%.

very strong

this product 404 is perfect ,realy very strong, I used it to fill a big hole, and after that to cut a smaller hole,don\'t try to sand it it\'s very difficult.
I mixed it with polyester resin because I wanted to put gelcoat paste.
