Very satisfied

Excellent boat shoe (only the fit is way off). I've been wearing these shoes for years, and the slip resistance, material support, and comfort are top-notch! Unfortunately, the fit has deteriorated significantly. You used to be able to rely on the size, but that's unfortunately no longer the case. It's sometimes even gotten to the point where there are large differences of up to one size between pairs of the same shoe size. (But SVB has shown what perfect customer service looks like and is addressing the issues! Thank you very much!)
