VERY VERY disappointed

I threw away the packaging, otherwise I would have returned the product. The clock itself is fine, BUT THE MOUNT is impossible. After attaching it, the clock won't stay on, and after taking it apart again, you can finally get it to stick, but removing it damages the plastic. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME SVB HAS DISAPPOINTED ME WITH A PRODUCT. I ordered almost blindly, and now I'm going to compare. I'm thinking of throwing it away and buying another one from a local chandler.
