No description, short cable, overpriced
As always with SVB, delivery and packaging was very quick and top-notch. When I unpacked it, my first impression was that boaters get just as much of a shave as doctors. The pressure chamber loudspeaker came with a very short cable and no instructions on how to connect it to a Ray 9091, for example. This isn't clear from the description of the Ray 90 - at least not for me. Raymarine recommends a minimum distance of 3 m between the laud hailer and the radio. This makes sense, of course, because of the interference. 5 m of cable and a short manual would have been appropriate for the price. So first of all I have to find out where and how the device is connected and what the resistance of the additional cable connectors required will be.
