Very beautiful but

Very nice wood, but the upper holes and therefore the bolts are located where the rear brackets of the Honda 2.5 XV engine would have been.
I re-drilled holes between the original holes and the side of the bracket, and now it's OK.
To tighten the two parts, I first tightened them with four longer screws (65mm), then replaced them one by one with the supplied screws (60mm), otherwise there wasn't enough thread to make them bite.
Everything is in place, and it's a beautiful piece on my Bavaria 34.
