Replacement order

After 15 years the device gave up the ghost. The paddle wheel for the log kept getting stuck and the depth gauge showed either senseless depths or a constant 1.6 m and that on the Rhine. Nobody could tell me whether it was the device or the transducer, the only option was to buy a completely new one.

Received by the dear neighbor for our sailboat. Installation super easy. We already had a hull bore from an old echosounder that we could use, plus a new hole for the logger interesting how thick our fiberglass hull from the late '70s is !! Echosounder worked perfectly right away! Exactly same values as our cheap Bluetooth transom transducer, but range considerably lower. Unfortunately, Logge did not work. 0 kts. Always. Contacting NASA Support "We always test all units during and at the end of production." "Malfunctioning is quite impossible, please contact the supplier." Contact with SVB "Okay, where should we send a replacement?" WOW! Thank you, Mr. Weber !!! Replacement encoder works perfectly. Since then, we are also over the water with more than 0 kts.
