Doesn't even hold itself
The "cleat" was meant to hold a fall. Already during the assembly the underside jumped apart and everything flew over the deck. Not even suitable to hold oneself, does not bring anything on board! It's a shame about the money.

Mount completely unusable. Waste of money!
The thin sheet metal bracket bends when it is tightened. It would loosen less firmly and the sheets would slip out. Sorry, take this junk out of your range. Wasted money.

Good idea, poor execution
The idea of the cleat is good so that you don't have to attach the flag lines to the mast. The possibility of attachment is poor in terms of material. If you tighten the screw a little too much, the metal part bends apart and that's it. The small enclosed metal flap, the use of which without any existing instructions causes problems, is quickly submerged in the water on the ship. Not a product for me that I would buy again.

Disappointed
I wanted to install the cleat on the lower shroud of my boat but the stainless plate opposite the tightening screw bent and came out of its housing making fixing impossible

Unusable
Several attempts to attach the cleat to a 7.0mm wire failed. The sheet metal that is supposed to form the counter bearing deforms and slips out of the cleat body without the screw being tightened enough to prevent the cleat from falling.

Needs optimization in detail
Unfortunately, the sheet that lies against the wire is too thin. When tightening it gives way and bends.

Unfortunately, the sheet metal chosen for the back is much too thin and bends out of the guide when the clamping screw is tightened.

Not usable!
The cleats can not be mounted firmly enough. Metal shell slips out of the guide when tightened. Better buy the much more expensive product from Barton!

No good!
The metal part on the back of the cleat bends under load, ie as soon as the screw is tightened. Unusable.

Not usable as described.
Bad fixing system. By tightening the screw, the plastic widens causing the sheet stop to come out.

Doesn't keep what it promises
A small metal sheet must be inserted between the wire and the cleat, so that the clamping screw then holds the cleat on the wire (6mm). This method does not always succeed, and especially not the first time, and if you're lucky, it lands on deck. Then tightened the clamping screw, but please not too tight, because otherwise the whole construction bends and becomes useless. But if not tightened enough, the cleat slips on the Want up and ab.Schlichtweg, a faulty construction with Tüttelefekt.Hab after a season both cleats exchanged for competition product. Pity about the money.

The cleats do not hold on the wire rope (8mm). I've used the cleats for the flag tracks. \ R \ nThe installation is more than fiddly. The first cleat fell off after 4 days, the second cleat after 9 days. The product is not recommended.

I'm tempted to say, "Such a hobby." The entire design is questionable for on-board use. In particular, because of the delicate inner parts, the assembly on board is doomed to failure.

This product is useless. The thread in nylon is much to week.\r\nThe thread must be in metal stainless steel.

Useless! \ R \ nScrew rips out the soft plastic thread on the very first attempt to attach the clamp.

I immediately disposed of this cleat in the trash. It could not be clamped properly on the wire and one of them is this stupid sheet that must be inserted between the wall and cleat, of course, slipped out and fell into the water. I have now substantially better for the same price.

Klampe can not be locked tight enough. Plastic body bends apart. Not good quality.

The part is unfortunately scrap. Good idea, but bad construction. Even the attachment with the screw is tricky. Slightly too tight, the plastic part jumps from the counterpart. too loose, the cleat slips and turns. If you finally get it, it jumps off at the slightest leash pull. *** NOT RECOMMENDABLE ***
