I bought the D059 bracket with a T1000plus, after carefully measuring all distances of the downloaded manual. I was worried about 30mm, but I could not find any precise size in the manual. From the sketches, I figured I would have enough. Besides, the pin was with the bracket was (D001?) So adjustments could be made. \ r \ n \ r \ nAfter installation, I ordered the larger D021 threaded pin. SVB does not sell it because it has been packaged in 5. It turns out, nowhere mentioned, that D021 width measures 0.35 an inch whereas the original D001 measures at 0.25 of an inch. It requires re-drilling the hole in the bracket. Not living in the US or UK, simply finding the 0.3inch drill bit is a challenge. It concludes: incomplete instructions / specifications, lack of internal compatibility and the use of imperial units made Raymarine to poor choice.
