Doesn't work and SVB's service is terrible

I would like to rate the item, but unfortunately the headlight is defective.
Since June, SVB has not been able to answer my questions about the item or the complaint. The only thing I always hear is that I have to speak to the person in charge and someone will get back to me. (The same thing happened 5 times). The ticket that was created for the query was simply closed. So no one can tell me that it was accidentally lost after calling 5 additional times.
