It doesn't fit when assembled

I bought this spare part for a Bavaria 30 cruiser because it was the same size as the ones this boat has and should correspond according to the data you have in the catalogue.
When assembling it, it does not fit exactly and I have detected that the anchoring screws are somewhat larger and the methacrylate somewhat thinner.
