Cheap but not directly usable

as sold, the product cannot be used directly. First a hole is missing at the bottom to bring out the end. The existing hole does not allow its passage. Not wanting to pierce the envelope, I brought it out from above! On the other hand the end is rolled up on itself anyhow inside the envelope so that it cannot unroll if we throw the buoy into the sea. It took us 14 d time to untangle it and put it back in place correctly. Finally, the end has many flaws which, I hope, will not affect its strength.
