I bought the Alphapro in a hurry, requested express delivery to a remote area in Italy. I received the package 3 days earlier than anticipated. Otstanding

The installation and first connection went well.
I have not yet made the parameter changes in the MasterShunt (following a battery change) for which I purchased this product.

All products in the Master BUS network can be read out and set via USB access with a Windows computer. This is not easy because passwords or pins are required, these can be found on the net. it does what it should. What I generally criticize about Mastervolt. is the end customer service, which does not exist and the service numbers given keep asking you whether you are a qualified electrician. Why are these parts then freely sold if there is no help from the company? But they are great products! I have completely converted my electrical systems in the Sprinter and on the boat to Master World
