communication center All products in the Master BUS network can be read out and set via USB access with a Windows computer. This is not easy because passwords or pins are required, these can be found on the net. it does what it should. What I generally criticize about Mastervolt. is the end customer service, which does not exist and the service numbers given keep asking you whether you are a qualified electrician. Why are these parts then freely sold if there is no help from the company? But they are great products! I have completely converted my electrical systems in the Sprinter and on the boat to Master World

Using an older MASTERBUS USB interface together with new MASTERVOLT devices can lead to errors.
In the serial # of the interface, the middle letter should contain at least an "E".
If not, it is an old version. Example: Serial # W818A0105 = old version. This should be replaced if you intend to use it with new Mastervolt devices.
